This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "I- Issue writ, order in nature of Certiorari quash the Impugned Order Dated 25-11- 2024 passed by Respondent No-2 (Annexure No-1 to this Writ Petition.) II- Issue a writ order or direction in like nature of Mandamus directing to the Respondents Authority to not interfere in peaceful possession of the Gata no-1174 Situated at Village-Sidhaut, Tehsil at Kasimabad, District-Ghazipur." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that mutation order was passed in favour of petitioner which was affirmed in appeal filed by private respondents. The matter had travelled to revisional stage wherein revisional court has remanded back the matter to appellate court with certain directions. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he is not pressing the order and direction can be issued to decide the appeal post remand, expeditiously. 4. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon appellate court to decide the Appeal No. T202014291100507 post remand, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
