These writ petitions have been filed for the grant of almost identical reliefs. The substantive reliefs in CWP No.4458 of 2025 read as under:-
“(i) That the directions may kindly be issued to the respondent Corporation to give the monetary benefits to the petitioner w.e.f. 26.05.2001 in view of the judgments dated 24.12.2013 and 23.10.2024 passed by the Hon'ble High Court in CWPOA No. 2343/2020 tiled as Vikram Singh Vs HRTC and CWP 11084/2024 titled as Anokhu Ram Vs HRTC (Annexure P-5 & P-6) (ii). That the respondent Corporation may also be directed to pay the interest on the aforesaid arrears @ 12 % per annum from the due date to the applicant.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners have preferred representations to the respondents for redressal of their grievances as raised in the writ petitions. Their respective representations have still not been decided by the respondents/competent authority.
Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners would be content in case the respondents/competent authority is
directed to decide the aforesaid representations within a
fixed time schedule. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents is not averse to this prayer.

In view of above, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the respective representations of the petitioners, in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioners.
The writ petitions stand disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
