The complaint alleging that an unknown person has entered into the house of the defacto complainant during night and tried to misbehave with her. When she raised alarm, he jumped from the Balcony and escaped. The complaint was given on the next day to the respondent police. Based on the complaint, on secret information, the petitioner herein been arrested. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the investigation is at the nascent stage and that it needs to be probed whether the petitioner has been involved in any other similar offences. It is further submitted that the petitioner hails from Bihar, and if he is released on bail at this juncture, it would difficult for the respondent police to complete the investigation and proceed further. 4.
