By the instant petition, the petitioner is praying for the following reliefs:- I. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the office order dated 22.11.2018 issued by the respondent no.1 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition). II. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the office order dated 18.12.2018, issued by respondent no.3 (Annexure No.2 to the writ petition). III. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of prohibition restraining the respondents from making any recovery of the salary from the petitioner which has already been paid to the petitioner. IV. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may kindly be awarded in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue, as raised in the present petition, is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the Case of State of Punjab and 2025:UHC:8529 others versus Rafiq Masih (2015) 4 SCC 334. 6. Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel for the respondent, fairly submits that the issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by the said judgment. 7. In view of the statement as given above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment rendered by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the Case of State of Punjab and others versus Rafiq Masih (2015) 4 SCC 334.
