As such, the instant petition filed by the petitioner SGF Infra Pvt. Ltd. has been rendered infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. WP(C) No. 2998/2025 CM No. 6897/2025 In view of statement made by learned counsel for the respondents in WP(C) No. 3036/2025, the claim of the petitioner M/s Neel Constructions and Developers has been reconsidered and has been declared as L1. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the respondents, as such, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to proceed ahead with the allocation of the contract in favour of the petitioner being L1 bidder, entitled to earn the allotment of contract, unless and until there is any other disability attending the formal allotment of contract in favour of the petitioner for which discretion is reserved in favour of the respondents.
