Learned counsel for the respondent has made a preliminary objection that writ petition is not maintainable at the behest of Chairman of the Society, however, Court is of the opinion that petitioner has not challenged any order, rather he has approached this Court that Respondent No.3 may handover charge to the new appointee, since said respondent is being undisputedly transferred. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 has not denied the factum of transfer of respondent no.3 and he submits that procedure for handing over charge will be expedited and he will direct concerned respondent no.3 to hand over the charge, if already not handed over, within a period of three weeks. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances and on basis of assurance given by learned counsel for the respondent no.2, this writ petition is disposed of.
