In the present appeal, the challenge is to the impugned order dated 17.03.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 8875 of 2022, titled as ‘Sheetal versus Haryana Staff Selection Commission’, by which, the writ petition filed by the respondent (petitioner therein) praying RIYA 2026.08.17 13:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document for modification of the final result dated 10.04.2022 vide which, her name has not been recommended in the recommended in the recruitment of Staff Nurse (Category 10 and 19) by not granting five marks under the Socio Economic criteria, was allowed and the final result dated 10.04.2022 for the post of Staff Nurse, pursuant to Advertisement No. 15/2019 dated 07.09.2019 under the said categories, was directed to be modified. The petitioner (respondent herein) was further directed to be kept in the waiting list for the post of Staff Nurse under Categories 10 and 19. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the as the only direction given in the operative paragraph of the impugned order dated 17.03.2025 is to keep the respondent in the waiting list for the post of the Staff Nurse under Category 10 and 19 and hence, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 3.
