Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he would not like to press the instant petition. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the withdrawal of the instant petition should not affect the petitioner’s right to file an appropriate application seeking extension of time from the learned Trial Court, if so advised. 2. Taking into account the above, the instant petition stands closed on withdrawal. 3. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the learned Trial Court, if so advised.
