Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Direct the Court below to decide the Suit No. 209 of 2014 (Savitri and others Vs. Multan Singh and others) within stipulated period, which is pending before the in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No. 14, Allahabad, within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration since 2014, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No.14, Allahabad to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within eighteen months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
