This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Sub-Divisional Officer (Judicial) Tehsil- Machhalishahar, District-Jaunpur (Respondent no.3) to decide the Case no. T- 202014360300838 (Molai Vs. Banshraj) situated at Mauja-Kasba, Pargana- Ghisua, Tehsil- Machhalishahar, within stipulated period." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 229-B of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 are pending consideration before respondent no.3. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for a counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of requiring the respondent no.3 to take a final decision on Case No.T-202014360300838 (Molai Vs. Banshraj) within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all the affected parties. 4.
