JUSTICE R.K. PATTANAIK Order No. ORDER 27.03.2025 02. 1. Heard Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Pradhan, learned ASC for the State. 2. Instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed for release of the petitioner on bail in connection with Patna P.S. Case No.85 dtd 1.02.2024 corresponding to S .T. Case No.71/ 024 pending in the file of learned Sessions Judge, Keonjhar on the grounds stated therein. 3. In course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased wife and alleged to have committed her murder. Mr. Pradhan, learned ASC for the State submits that the ligature material said to have been used by the petitioner was recovered and seized upon disclosure made by him. Considering the materials on record and submission of Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to consider such release of the petitioner at present, however, allows the liberty for him to renew the prayer after commencement of trial and examination of material witnesses to the case. 4.
