Issue a writ in nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 13.04.2023 bearing No.Kra : CHP / VikaDa / Hu- Dha / Gadiparu / 09 / 2023 vide Annexure – A passed by the 2nd respondent in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Issue such other writ or give such other direction and pass such other order as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the cases.” 2. The prayer is seeking to quash the order of externment of the petitioner. The term itself getting over and the petition has rendered infructuous. 3.
