The present petition has been filed challenging the First Information Report dated 26.07.2025 in Case Crime No. 0225 of 2025 under Sections 137(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Karchhana, District - Prayagraj. It has been brought to the notice of the Court by the AGA that Section 70(2) of BNSS has been added and the prosecutrix in her statement under Section 183 BNSS before the Magistrate has stated that offence under Section 70(2) of BNSS was committed with her. We have perused the statement under Section 183 BNSS of the prosecutrix as provided by the AGA and we find in her statement that the offence under Section 70(2) of BNSS is established.
