A preliminary objection has been raised as to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that mutation order passed under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is an appealable order and not revisable order. No direction can be issued for deciding the revision. In view of said fact, the writ petition stands dismissed.
