Heard S.Raja Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri M S R Chandra Murthy, learned standing counsel for the respondents 2 to 4, Sri S.Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for 1st respondent and Sri G.Srinivasula Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondents 5 & 6. 2. The petitioner was appointed as a Field Assistant at Veluru Gram Panchayat, Chilakaluripet Mandl, Palnadu District in June, 2008 and since then he has been discharging duties. Be that as it may, the 5th respondent issued notice vide R.C.No.42/MGNREGS/ dated 29.10.2024 (Ex.P.5). Thereafter, the 3rd respondent issued notice vide R.C.No.9/Disciplinary

F/S.M/H.R, dated 17.01.2025 (Ex.P.6). The petitioner submitted an explanation. Since respondents 3 to 6 are not allowing the petitioner to discharge his duties as Field Assistant without passing any order, the above writ petition is filed. 4. Learned standing counsel Sri M S R Chandra Murthy, submitted instructions of 3rd respondent and would contend that in pursuance of show- cause notice dated 17.01.2025 (Ex.P.6), the petitioner neither submitted an explanation nor attended for personal hearing on 23.01.2025. Because of the allegations against the petitioner, 3rd respondent directed the 4th respondent to conduct an inquiry and submit a report. After receipt of the report, necessary action will be initiated as per Field Assistants Human Resource Policy, 2013. Learned standing counsel would submit that respondents 3 to 5 are not interfering with the petitioner’s discharging duties. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the respondents 3 to 5 not to interfere with the petitioner’s discharging duties as Field Assistant, Veluru Gram Panchayat, Chilakaluripet Mandal, Palnadu District, without following due process. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
