Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore that why an I.A. seeking interim maintenance is pending from the year 2023 and learned judge has submitted report dated 15.12.2025. In the report, learned Judge has given certain reasons, why this application is not disposed off. 2. If the parties are not co-operating with the Court, the Court need not wait for the Advocates and the applications have to be disposed of in a time bound manner. Unfortunately, this I.A.No.IV filed in the year 2023, has not been disposed of till now. When an application is filed for interim maintenance, it should be given first preference, but the Family Court cannot proceed with the main matter. 3. Accordingly, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. I.A.No.IV shall be disposed of by the end of January, 2026. No further time will be granted. ii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:53322 WP No. 28076 of 2025 iii.
