The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that respondent no.3 who is Station House Officer of Police Station Majhola District Moradabad and also the respondent no.4 - Sub Inspector Satish Kumar at present posted at Police Station Majhola District Moradabad are continuously harassing the petitioner on the basis of the forged complaint filed by one Bachan Singh. In the aforesaid context, the present petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to harass the petitioner illegally and without following due process of law and also decided the application dated 10.7.2025 moved by the petitioner, still pending before respondent no.2. (ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to stay any coercive in connection with any inquiry or complaint at Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad till the final disposal of the present writ petition." The petitioner may file an application before the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Moradabad who on receiving the same shall get the matter inquired into and in case, the complaints are found to be true, appropriate action shall be taken against the aforesaid officers.
