Case No. 162/2024, registered under Section 309(4) of BNS, pending in the Court of Sri. P.N. Upadhayay, learned JMFC, Palamau at Daltonganj. On 05.09.2024 at about 02:00 P.M., the informant was waylaid by 2 persons near Chiru, Chahhan Than Maidan. The accused persons robbed him and took away jewelries worth rupees 15 lakhs from him. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor he was put on T.I. parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri.
