The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 16.05.2025 in Case Crime No. 0019/2025 under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 317(2), 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 66D of I.T. Act. P.S. Cyber Crime, District Varanasi. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 not to arrest or take any coercive steps against the Petitioner in pursuance to the impugned F.I.R. dated 16.05.2025 in Case Crime No. 0019/2025 under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 317(2), 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 66D of I.T. Act. P.S. Cyber Crime, District Varanasi." The recital in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
