Relevant portion of which reads as under: - “Now therefore, the respondent Corporation considered the case of the petitioners i.e. Sh. Mahinder Singh, Yard Master (Rtd) in the light of the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble High Court in CWP. No 15678 of 2024 and CWP No. 3278 of 2021& Review Petition No. 99 of 2023 and in compliance to the decision of the Hon'ble High Court the enhanced DR/IR from the due date (from which the same has been adopted by BoD of FIRTC shall be payable immediately to the petitioner. Direction is issued to the concerned branch to release the arrears part of the due and admissible DR/IR as per instructions dated 07.01.2012 and 31.07.2024 and other such instructions issued by the Finance Department of Himachal Pradesh in this regard. The concerned branch is further directed to calculate the arrear part and release the same accordingly as per instructions mentioned above within a period of 7 days, Further, the released amount on ascount of enhanced DA/IR be adjusted as and when the arrears of pension on account of revision are released as per the decision of the BOD, HRTC.” -2- 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of above office order, present proceedings be closed at this stage, however, liberty be reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, at an appropriate stage, for redressal of his surviving grievances, if need so arises in future.
