The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: a. “Issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to declare the probationary period of the petitioner from the date of completion of two years of petitioners appointment to the Junior Asst. Deo. b. Issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioners service for increment, promotion and for all other consequential service benefits. c. Issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to consider representation dated 19.09.2019 vide Annexure-K. d. Issue any other writ or directions as deem fit by this Hon’ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, as early as in 2022, a communication was issued to the petitioner informing him that his lien had been transferred to the institution where he has now joined.
