However, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that, in pursuance of the above said orders of this court dated 05.11.2024, the respondent passed the proceedings dated 28.12.2024. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed appeal be fore the appellate authority/ Gram Panchayat, Polamuru under Section 128 of the Panchayat Raj Act and the same is pending. 4. 5. In view of the above said proceedings issued by tha respondent and as well as appeal preferred by the petitioner before the Gn;im Panchayat, no further orders are necessary in this contempt case.
