JUSTICE S G PANDIT) This contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of order dated 13.06.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.101824/2024 whereunder this Court has passed the following order: “(i) The writ petition is allowed. (ii) Respondent No.4 – Assistant Commissioner is hereby directed to examine the representations submitted by the petitioners as per Annexure-A, A.1 to A.29 and in the event, if any further information is required, it is open for respondent No.4 to secure further information from the petitioners. (iii) The representations of the petitioners shall be considered within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of order copy. (iv) Pending applications, if any, are also disposed off.” - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:18170-DB CCC No. 100093 of 2025 2. On issuance of notice, accused appeared and filed affidavit dated 18.06.2025 enclosing communication dated 17.06.2025 for having considered the representations as directed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel Sri.C.S.Patil appearing for the complainant would submit that the endorsement would indicate 240 KJP records in respect of the plots. However, he submits that there are more than 240. Therefore, it is his submission that there is no proper compliance. 4. We have considered the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the complaint in the light of the affidavit and the endorsement. 5. The direction of this Court is only to consider the representations of the petitioners and to pass orders. The accused has examined the representation of the petitioners and issued communication dated 17.06.2025, informing the complainant that the compensation has been deposited - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:18170-DB CCC No. 100093 of 2025 before the Civil Court and no additional amount would be asked. If the complainant is not satisfied with the communication, it is open for the complainant to challenge or agitate the grievance, if any, by instituting appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum. 6.
