The present petition has been filed to condone the delay of 230 days in filing the main writ appeal. 2. The present petitioner / appellant is one of the writ petitioners, i.e., 15th writ petitioner in the writ petition, where orders have been passed on 09.01.2024, as against which, the proposed appeal has been filed. 3.
