The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: A) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or direction to the respondents No.2 to 4 to consider the representation dated 03.06.2025 to delete the name of the Government in Column No.9 and 11 with regarding to Sy.No.396/2 measuring an extent of 05 A 33 G situated at Gamanagatti village, Tq. Hubballi, Dist. Dharwad, vide Annexure-A. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:13454 WP No. 107145 of 2025 B) Issue any other writ or directions to meet the ends of justice. 3. Petitioner has submitted a representation dated 03.06.2025, seeking deletion of the Government's name from Column Nos. 9 and 11 pertaining to Survey No. 396/2, situated at Gamangatti Village, Hubballi Taluk, Dharwad District. 4. Although only about two and a half months have elapsed since the date of submission of the representation, it is nonetheless incumbent upon the respondents to consider such representation and pass appropriate orders thereon either accepting or rejecting the same within a reasonable period of time. 5.
