Due to previous enmity, a complaint has been registered for the offences under Sections 296(b) of BNS, 2023 r/w Section 3(1) (s) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant oppose granting of anticipatory bail. 4.
