(ORAL) The prayer in this second criminal writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 3 of the Punjab Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 1962 is for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari to set aside the impugned order dated 23.06.2025 (P- 1) passed by respondent no.2 and further for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the petitioner on Parole for a period of 08 weeks on his person bonds as he does not have any local relative or local surety. The Counsel for the petitioner has supplied the current address of the petitioner where he wishes to reside after he is granted the concession of Parole. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the
