Issue writ or order or direction in the nature of Mandamus by directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 06-09-2025 vide Annexure-B and consequently direct to allot E category sites instead of A category site and other consequential reliefs. II. Any other writ or order or direction which this Hon’ble court deems fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Heard the learned counsel Shri Manjunath S.Baradoor appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel Shri Sanjay Channal appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for allotment of an e-category site, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents which has not yet met its consideration. 4. The learned counsel Sri.
