1. The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:-
“(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs,
order/orders, direction/directions issuing show cause to the respondent no.2 as to without hearing the petitioner why order contained in Memo No.1215, Law Dated 07.12.2022 (Annexure -8) has been passed by respondent no.2 denying police protection to the petitioner. (ii) Upon showing no cause or insufficient cause further be pleased to quash order contained in Memo No.1215, Law dated 07.12.2022 (Annexure-8) has been passed by respondent No.2 denying police protection to the petitioner. (iii) To direct the respondents particularly respondent no.2 for grant of police protection to the petitioner for cultivating his land situated at Mouza Nagar, Thana No.240, Khesra 08, 1.99 acres (Khata

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to pursue his remedy in the pending appeal.
3. Learned counsels for the respondents have raised no objection.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is hereby, disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
