Verma, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondents. While placing on record communication dated 19.8.2025, issued under the signature of Executive Engineer Nankhari Division HPPWD Nankhari, Mr. B.C. Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands complied with subject to outcome of the LPA pending adjudication before this Court. Having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, same are closed with direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits flowing from the aforesaid compliance, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably, within six weeks, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law.
