This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Session Trial No24 of 2011 arising out of Case Crime No.80 of 2000, under Section 489Ga IPC, Police Station Kotwali Nagar District Banda pending in the court of Additional Session Judge 1st, Banda within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid session trial as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
