Revenue Code, 2006, an order was passed which was challenged by the petitioner in appeal and the appeal was partly allowed and the matter was remitted back for consideration afresh. Post remand, the matter has again been decided under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 2. The petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under Section 24(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3.
