JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE O R D E R 12-08-2025 At the outset, learned senior Additional Advocate General has shared with us the copies of the two communications of an even date i.e., August 11, 2025, vide which Naib Tehsildar, Tangmarg, had conveyed the Tehsildar that letter No. 136/NTT dated 30th April, 2025 issued by him has since been cancelled/withdrawn. And, as a consequence, even the Tehsildar, Tangmarg informed the Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla that since the Naib Tehsildar, Tangmarg had withdrawn/cancelled the letter dated 30th April, 2025 (ibid), he, too, has cancelled/withdrawn the letter No. TTNG/OQ/2025/153 dated 30th April, 2025. Both the letters (ibid) are retained on record as marked ‘X’ and ‘Y’. However, during the resumed hearing, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits for he has specific instructions not to pursue the matter any further, he be permitted to withdraw the petition.
