This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 30.6.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 256 of 2025, under Section 137 (2) BNS, P.S. Hasanpur, District Amroha. A further prayer has been made to command the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. At the very outset, Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A submits that section 64 BNS and 3/4 POCSO Act have been added during the course of investigation. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh if the petitioner so desires. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 6. Office is directed to return the certified copies within three days after retaining photocopy of the same.
