The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: a. “Issued writ of mandamus and thereby direct the respondent no.2 to 4 to consider the representation made by the petitioner committee vide Annexure-C dated 16/06/2025 and protect the possession of the petitioner committee in sy.no.98 of Kanchinegalur Village Hanagal Taluk, in the interest of Justice and Equity. b. And also grant such any other writ or order which deems fit to this Hon’ble court in the interest of justice.” 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has come into possession of the property pursuant to an order of the Land Tribunal dated 16.06.2024 and has submitted a representation seeking police protection. Since the said representation has not yet been considered, the petitioner has approached this Court. 3. The learned AGA submits that action will be taken.
