She was transferred from District Hospital, Dehradun to District Hospital, Rudraprayag vide order dated 09.06.2023, which was challenged by her in this writ petition. No interim order was passed in favour of petitioner, consequently petitioner had joined at the transferred place. 4. After joining by petitioner at the transferred place, challenge to the transfer order do not survive. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to make representation regarding her transfer to some other station. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make representation. If she makes such representation, the same shall be considered, as per law.
