Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) & 84(C) of I.T. Act and charge framed under Sections 419/120B/34, 420/120B/34, 467/120B/34, 468/120B/34 & 471/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D & 84C of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Deoghar.
Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No.7820/2024 vide order dated 16.12.2024.
On 27.06.2024, Cyber police Deoghar on the basis of confidential information that criminals have assembled near the village-Jalhara, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner and co-accused persons. On search, mobile phones and other e-gadgets were recovered from their possession.
It was submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for about nine months. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024.
