ORDER 14.07.2025 After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners would satisfy in case their claim is considered by the respondents on the grounds taken by them in this writ petition in accordance with provisions of law and rules applicable to them. Mr. Ganai, learned AAG, submits that in case petitioners approach the respondents, they would consider their cases strictly in accordance with the provisions of law and rule applicable to them. Mr. Andrabi, learned appearing counsel for the petitioners shall furnish copy of the writ petition to the respondents who shall consider petitioners’ claim and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the provisions of law and rules applicable to them. In view of the submissions made hereinabove, this writ petition is
disposed of and respondents to take a decision and pass order within a period of four months from the date copy of this order along with complete paper book is served upon them.
