AMARNATH GOUD ORDER 28.05.2025 Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. [2] This present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- “I) Issue Rule upon the respondents to show cause as to why the respondents should not transmit all records relating to the case of the petitioner. AND As to why a writ in the nature of mandamus should not be issued directing the respondents release outstanding maintenance bill amounting to Rs. 14,09,473/- along with 12% interest from the date of completion of work in favour of the petitioner in respect of construction and maintenance work of road from DM para to Hodrai under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yogna, Teliamura Block- West Tripura District, Package No.II, DPR No. TR-01-35, Link No. (L044). AND As to why such other order/orders should not be passed so as to give full relief to the petitioner and, upon causes shown, to make Rule absolute.” [3] After perusal of the record, it has been seen that the petitioner herein submitted a legal notice dated 28.11.2024 addressed to the concerned respondents regarding his grievances. Thereafter, several communications were made between the petitioner and the concerned respondents but, according to the petitioner, no fruitful result has been made out in this regard. [4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos. 1 and 10 to take a decision in the light of the legal notice dated 28.11.2024 in accordance with law. The decision taken in that regard be communicated to the petitioner within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
