The applicants in the aforesaid two bail applications were granted interim anticipatory bail in terms of the orders dated 18.03.2025 and 07.04.2025. The said orders have been extended from time to time and are still in force. 02. The respondents have filed the reply in which they have submitted that the investigation of the case is still in progress. However, there is nothing in the report which shows that the petitioners have misused the concession of the interim bail. 03. In this view of the matter, interim bail granted to the applicants in terms of the orders dated 18.03.2025 and 07.04.2025, is made absolute subject to the conditions contained in the said orders. 04.
