HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 27479 of 2025 Court No. - 39 HON'BLE ARINDAM SINHA, J. HON'BLE AVNISH SAXENA, J. Mr. Rajesh Dutta Pandey, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and Mr. Mohan Srivastava, learned advocate, Standing Counsel, for State. We understand, petitioner has lodged complaint against respondent no.4, impleaded by name. He officiates as in-charge Inspector at Sikheda, district Muzaffarnagar. The complaint was followed up by approaching the Magistrate under section 173 (4) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. Said respondent, it is alleged, as a counterblast has started harassing petitioner and his wife. We are not inclined to direct issuance of notice on respondent no.4. We request Mr. Srivasatava to cause communication of website copy of this order to said respondent. It is expected that a person officiating as in-charge Inspector will not do any act that may give rise to allegation inviting scrutiny of Court. With above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. The observation, however, should not impede said respondent in discharging in good faith, his official duties. (Arindam Sinha, J.)
