The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners had filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.22272 of 2025 before this Court, seeking direction to direct the learned Subordinate Court, Ponneri to consider and dispose of the bail application of the petitioners when they surrender before the said Court in Crime No.493 of 2025, pending on the file of the second respondent herein.
