The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 27.11.2024 passed by the Special Judge SC/ST Act, Gorakhpur whereby an application under Section 153 (3) Cr.P.C. has been treated as complaint . After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant do not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
