However, the 3rd respondent has not taken any action on the same. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner appearing virtually online submits that the petitioner is a retired head master and aged 87. However, the unofficial respondents are troubling him, in this regard, the petitioner has filed a complaint, which has not been taken cognizance of. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State states that the complaint dated 13.02.2025, does not bear any endorsement of the 3rd respondent. Be that as it may. 4. Considering the submissions made, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.02.2025 in accordance with Section 173(3) of BNSS and take necessary steps. 5.
