R/CR.MA/4276/2020 ORDER DATED: 30/09/2025 IN THE HIGH COURT OF GUJARAT AT AHMEDABAD R/CRIMINAL MISC.APPLICATION (FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY) NO. 4276 of 2020 In R/CRIMINAL REVISION APPLICATION NO. 315 of 2020 ========================================= DEEPAK RAMJI DUNGARIA Versus STATE OF GUJARAT & ANR. ========================================= Appearance: MEHUL A SURATI(7870) for the Applicant(s) No. 1 PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent(s) No. 1 RULE SERVED BY DS for the Respondent(s) No. 2 ========================================= CORAM:HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE R. T. VACHHANI Date : 30/09/2025 ORAL ORDER It transpires from the order sheet that on the previous occasion, the learned advocate for the applicant had 5led a sick note before the Coordinating Bench. The Court had observed that, as per Rule 132 of the Gujarat High Court Rules, 1993, 5ling a sick note in such circumstances is not permissible. Today, when the matter was called out, no one appeared on behalf of the applicant, as the learned advocate for the applicant has once again 5led a sick note. It thus appears that the learned advocate for the applicant is unwilling to proceed with the hearing of the matter, particularly in light of the repeated 5ling of sick notes. In view of the above, the matter stands dismissed (R. T. VACHHANI, J) Kaushal Rathod Original copy of this order has been signed by the Hon'ble Judge.
