CRL.M.A. 9995/2025(seeking modification of order dated 04.03.2025) 3. By way of the present application, the petitioner is seeking modification of judgment dated 04.03.2025, passed by this Court in the captioned criminal petition and thereby, to release the applicant on furnishing personal bond and cash surety of ₹10,000/- to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant states that This is a digitally signed order. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 03/04/2025 at 12:34:03 the petitioner, herein is unable to arrange a surety. He states that vide order dated 04.10.2023, he was permitted to furnish cash surety of ₹10,000/- alongwith a personal bond in the like amount, by the competent authority. He further states that the applicant has not misused the liberty which was granted to him. 5. After hearing submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and going through the judgement passed by this Court on 04.03.2025, this Court is inclined to allow the present application. The applicant is permitted to furnish a cash surety of ₹ 10,000/- alongwith a personal bond in the like amount, as mentioned in the judgment dated 04.03.2025. 6. It is clarified that the other conditions imposed on the applicant will remain the same. 7. In view of above, the present application stands disposed of. 8.
