1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent/ Revenue authorities to conclude the demarcation proceeding of the petitioner’s land within a period of 30 days.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved an application for demarcation of her land bearing Khasra No.251/9 situated in village Domuhani P.H. No.43, Sirgitti, Tahsil and District Bilaspur, on which the Tahsildar has issued a proclamation dated 22/02/2021 (Annexure P/3) and started the proceeding by issuance of notice dated 25/03/2022 (Annexure P/4) but till date no final order or demarcation has been made by the Tahsildar.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that if the application for demarcation of petitioner’s land and the proceeding pursuance to Annexure P/3 is still pending before the Court of Tahsildar, the same shall be concluded within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the State and as the application filed by the petitioner for demarcation of her land is still pending since 2020, the respondent No.2/ Tahsildar, Bilaspur is directed to conclude the proceeding for demarcation pursuance to the proclamation dated 22/02/2021 (Annexure P/3) within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
