The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 07.07.2025 bearing Case Crime No. 221 of 2025, under sections - 137(2), 351(2), 351(3), 70(2) of B.N.S. and Section 5G/6 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Naugawan Sadat, District Amroha (Annexure-3)." The recital in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
