This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue the order direction, directed to the court below i.e. order or direction to the court below Civil Judge (J.D.) Court 15 District Mirzapur in Civil Suit No. 405 of 2025 (Smt. Dharma Devi Versus Abhay Kumar and others) and is pending the said court, decide the matter expeditiously within short span of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that objection to the interim injunction application has been filed under Order 39 Rule 4 CPC in the above-mentioned case and the same is pending consideration. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the objections to the interim injunction application filed in the above-mentioned case are pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No.15, Mirzapur to decide the objections to the interim injunction application filed in the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
