The petitioner has been implicated in the offence ,based on the complaint given by the father of the minor victim girl alleging that his daughter aged 17 studying II year in Engineering College had gone missing from 24.06.2025 at night hours. The girl been rescued in the custody of the petitioner herein. 3. The statement of the victim girl recorded by the learned Judicial Magistrate indicates that the petitioner has kidnapped the minor girl and had sexual intercourse with her, on promise that he will marry her. Medical report is also substantiate the complaint.
